    Attend the event and network directly with participants with two comped registrations.

    Your company’s logo or name will be prominently featured in event promotions, including:

    • Email campaigns

    • The ConnexFM Xperiences website

  • Exclusive Marketing Opportunity
    Distribute your company’s flyer or brochures directly to event attendees. (Materials must be created and provided by the sponsor.)

  • Post-Event Attendee List

  • Sponsorship Cost: $5,000 (USD) per event

  • Sponsorships are limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Napa Xperience Sponsorship

  • Sponsorship Cost: $15,000 (USD)

In addition to the core sponsorship benefits included with all 2025 ConnexFM Xperiences—like complimentary registrations, digital brand exposure, and post-event attendee access—Napa sponsors enjoy exclusive perks for this unique event:

  • In addition to a flyer/brochure option, Sponsors can provide additional promotional items for distribution to attendees during the Welcome Reception. Materials must be supplied by the sponsor and approved by ConnexFM prior to the event.

  • Expanded on-site branding through printed and digital signage at key touchpoints throughout the event, including:​

    • Welcome Reception​

    • Roundtable Sessions
